Pool & Spa Medics did great work for us and got it done quicker than I expected. Our pool deck was cracked and settling. We needed it repaired before snow arrived. Pool & Spa Medics responded! They jack hammered out the failing section, filled the gaps with broken cement and road fill, added rebar then poured concrete. They then applied the finish coat and painted the entire deck. It looks beautiful and it was all finished in four days. I highly recommend calling them.

This company fixed in two days what two other pool companies couldn’t fix in two years! Our automatic pool cover had a broken rope, and what should have been a simple repair turned into a complicated project due to faulty installation by the original installer. Pool and Spa Medics handled the job flawlessly. They communicated clearly, came out the day after my first call, and kept me updated at every step. I can’t thank them enough for their professionalism, efficiency, and excellent service!

Update: the owner had the courtesy to quickly respond to my review and looks like we are moving in the right direction. I'll update to a higher rating if all works out - again the pool finish itself came out nice, no complaints there. You've seen all the '1' reviews, so on you if you choose this vendor. For us they actually did a nice paint job on our pool, but then did the grout under coping, let all the blobs from that fall to the bottom of the pool and they are now STUCK on the bottom of our pool, making it unsightly and ruining the paint job. The blobs are rough and cut your feet. In the photo you can see the big dark blobs that are stuck to the floor and the size of them in relation to my foot. They are hard and sharp, causing a safety issue. They will not return calls and emails or come and see the damage. If they actually respond and rectify, I'll change this review. If not, again I'd encourage you to go elsewhere.

We had a vendor that was not timely or competitive on cost for our neighborhood pool. I called Dustin and he was on it right away scheduling a visit but helping in advance by requesting photos of failed machinery. They performed the work very quickly and got our neighborhood back in the pool with smiles on. They truly earned our business and we have since switched to them. What more can you say. Good communication, honest work, and a relationship built. I would give 6 stars if I could, because they are that much better than the competition I have had to work hard to work with. They don't need constant supervision and uneducated guidance from the customer. They are what American businesses are historically known for.

I had the pleasure of having Dustin & Bo help bring my communities pool back to life. We needed a replacement of skimmers throughout the pool, which I got a quick quote on and a detailed breakdown of what to expect. We were able to get on their schedule fairly quickly as well, right before pool season kicks off. This was quite impressive as other companies were either too booked or did not have the resources available. I also had a surprise ask to replaster the pool, and was able to get a quick quote drawn up along with the skimmers. They were able to accommodate the repair and work it into a schedule around our need for opening the pool. When the repairs were scheduled to start, I did see some delays, but understanding the industry I know there is alot of unforeseen situations. They were communicative and responsive to my questions, giving me good lnformation throughout the repairs so I was well in the loop with the schedule of events. We also had their post repair care, with their pool techs coming out to balance the pool chemistry and sweep the plaster. Their techs were very knowledgeable and answered many of my questions about the process and were happy to provide clarity to anything, ensuring we were ser up for success after the repair. The quality of their work was excellent, and any of the minor imperfections I’ve observed were corrected promptly and without issue. I could tell they took pride in their work, and the end result shows. Replacing many skimmer ports and replastering a pool all in one go is no easy feat and I believe they were the best for the job. All in all, I would certainly recommend them for skimmer repairs and replastering, and look forward to other repairs they may perform for me. On behalf of all Second Cherry Creek Townhomes, thank you for giving us a beautiful pool for many years to enjoy!

I reached out to pool and spa medics when I discovered that my pool heater was not functioning properly. With a pool party scheduled for the following day, I needed a swift resolution. Dustin and his team promptly arrived and successfully installed a new heater by 4 pm, saving my party. I am grateful to Dustin and his crew for ensuring that my pool was warm and for their efficient service. Their pricing was fair, and their response time was commendable.

Our hot tub was leaking and so many companies (including where we bought our hot tub) wanted to charge an arm and a leg to just come out and look at the problem. Pool and Spa Medics came out quickly to our house, fixed our leak and all for a very fair price. I would highly recommend!

I was having a very difficult time managing the water in my pool and could not figure out what was causing it to get so bad so fast. They sent someone out to help diagnose the issue the next day. He knew right away what was going on and causing the water to get so bad so quickly. He did his thing and added the necessary chemicals and everything else to get my pool back in shape. He even provided me with some tips and tricks to keep my water healthy and safe for me and my guests. It is very apparent that they take the health and safety of their customers very seriously. I would recommend Pool and Spa Medics 10 out of 10 times to my friends, family, and colleagues. I highly recommend this company.

I had an AWESOME experience with this company. I needed an emergency repair, and they were on top of it. I called 9 hot tub businesses, and they were the ONLY ONE that answered the phone immediately. Jeannine is soooo nice, she makes me smile just talking to her. Her demeanor and professionalism, as well as responsiveness to helping me solve the problem, went above and beyond. The techs that came out, Jose and Chet were also great, explaining the issue thoroughly. They were on time, and did a great job. I am so glad I found this business. Thanks guys! 👍👍👍👍

FIVE STARS DOES NOT DO JUSTICE! We have used Pool &Spa Medics for over five years, after multiple failed attempts with other companies we patronized, prior to discovering Dustin and his crew. What a blessing their team has been. Be it a large job, such as adding a new pool cover or replacing an entire pump system, or small service, such as general maintenance, this company will be whom we will trust, always. The staff is customer focused, the pricing is exceptional ( always beating any quote we have solicited from their competitors) they are prompt, respectful and efficient and willing to fit us on their schedule at a moments notice. If ever we were to have a slight dissatisfaction, I am confident it would be remedied immediately if I were to communicate it to them, though we have yet to experience any issues. We truly can not say enough about this extraordinary group of folks and the excellent work they always strive to achieve. Thank you Pool &Spa Medics !

This is one of the best pool company's in Colorado. I've had a lot of work done on my leaking pool. Each time I hired a company the leaking continued. When pool and spa medics came out they found the leak and fixed it. I've had no problems sense. Thanks guys !!!!
